Uea8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Betting Platform Rules

By accessing, registering for, or using the uea8 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the uea8 platform, whether via web browser, mobile app, or any other method provided by uea8.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and uea8 regarding the use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or representations between you and uea8, whether oral or written. In the event of any conflict between the Malay-language version and any other language version of this document, the Malay-language version shall prevail.

To register and use the uea8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception. uea8 reserves the right to verify each player's eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. uea8 strictly prohibits participation by anyone under the age of 18.
• Is a legally recognised individual or entity with the capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not betting in a professional capacity or on behalf of an employer, company, or any other third party without clear disclosure.
• Has not been designated as a self-excluded player or been restricted by any recognised responsible gaming programme.
• Not acting as a representative or agent for any third party in wagering activities on uea8.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active uea8 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances, including winnings.

You are solely responsible for keeping your uea8 account username and password confidential. uea8 recommends using a strong password — a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols — and changing it regularly. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is also available and strongly recommended for an added layer of security.

You must not share your account login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was carried out by you or by another party using your account with or without your knowledge.

Uea8 accepts a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for deposits into your gaming account. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via internet banking platforms such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. The uea8 Welcome Bonus spanning the first three deposits at 100%, 50%, and 30% is exclusively available to new players who have never made any prior deposit. This bonus may only be claimed once per player, per device, per residential IP address, and per payment method.

All bets are subject to uea8's general sports betting rules as well as the sport-specific rules applicable to each event.

Bets that have been confirmed and accepted are final and cannot be cancelled or changed by the player, except through the Cash Out function available for eligible matches. uea8 reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a significant technical error in odds display or match conditions.

• In-play betting is based on real-time odds updated every two seconds. Players are responsible for confirming the current odds before placing a bet.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will generally be voided and stakes refunded — unless the match resumes within 48 hours of the original scheduled time.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win for a full payout. If one match within an accumulator is cancelled, the odds for that match will be adjusted to 1.00.
• Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market. Bets exceeding the set limits may be declined or adjusted without prior notice.

• Money laundering or the transfer of illegally obtained funds through the uea8 platform.
• Use of bots, automated algorithms, or any technological means to exploit games or the betting system.
• Colluding with other players to cheat Live Casino games or collectively exploiting the bonus system (bonus abuse syndicate).

• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.

Uea8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to violations of these terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requests, or failure to complete the KYC process. Players whose accounts are closed due to fraud are not entitled to any remaining funds.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting uea8 customer support. Any remaining balance in the account (after deducting any bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once verification is complete.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters relating to the uea8 platform shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the uea8 platform shall first be referred to voluntary negotiation between the player and uea8 through the designated customer support channels.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration by a jointly appointed sole arbitrator, with proceedings conducted in Bahasa Malaysia or English. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
